Sydney has nearly a decade of metaphysical experience, over two decades of native energy work experience, & is the founder and owner of Spiritual So Simple.

She grew up eclectically, both culturally and ethnically in Appalachia. Her Cherokee grandfather introduced her deep spiritual connection with the earth from a young age, and she still holds many of the beliefs and practices she learned from him today.

The cultural wisdom from her Japanese ancestors, Cherokee ancestors, and her Appalachian ancestors, influences her practitioning and healing modalities. Sydney has also been elevated in several other beliefs & practices.

Her incorporation of a mind, body, and spirit approach combined with her intuitive abilities and refined clairsenses make for a powerful channel of healing and authentic spiritual experience.
